My work is about helping you cut through the overthinking, reconnect with yourself, and create more good days in a way that fits real life. Whether you’re looking for 1:1 coaching, the power of a small group, or a personal development workshop for your team or organisation, I offer support that is practical, positive psychology informed, and created to make a difference.

1:1 coaching: Your time to shine

If you want things to feel different, and you’re ready for dedicated space to focus on you, this is where we start. Time to Shine is my 10-week 1:1 coaching programme designed to help you get clear on what you want, feel more like yourself again, and build a life that feels better from the inside out. We’ll work together in a way that is supportive, thoughtful and realistic; no pretending everything is fine, and no pressure to become a whole new person. People often leave this work feeling clearer, more confident, and aligned to what matters to them.

Group coaching: Radiate

Radiate is for people who want support, perspective and momentum, with the added magic of realising it’s not just you. This small group coaching experience brings people together to reflect, learn and grow in a way that feels safe, encouraging and energising. Using positive psychology and practical coaching tools, we focus on helping you build confidence, reconnect with your strengths and create more of what feels good in everyday life.

Workshops, Talks & Team Development

For organisations and teams who want something more impactful than just another training session, I design and facilitate workshops and talks that are engaging, practical and built around real people and real problems. My sessions help people and teams think differently, feel more energised and take away ideas they can actually use.
