I help you cut through the overthinking, work out what actually makes you feel good, and build more of that into your everyday life.

I got into this work when I realised “fine” wasn’t actually how I wanted my life to feel.

My background as a nurse has shown me how quickly life can change, and how we spend our time is valuable.

So now I help other people understand what really matters to them and help them create more good days, in a way that fits real life, not a perfect version of it.
